Invited To CoComment
I received an invitation code to CoComment yesterday and have signed up for their service. This means that I’ll share a good deal of information about it as soon as I’ve become familiar with the CoComment features. Assuming that sharing the information is alright with the CoComment folks, that is.
If so, expect my usual collection of screen shots and descriptions of the various bits and doodads that it offers. Judging by my brief look around the service I wouldn’t be surprised if this becomes a staple for bloggers.
Heck, with Yahoo’s recent behavior I would almost expect them to buy CoComment, but that is pure 100% speculation by a tired uncaffeinated mind. I’m just saying, it would make sense. Why didn’t I think of this first and make the millions?

I’ve added “My CoComments” box in my blog’s menu. Scroll down to see it. This tool will be used to track my comment conversations and will allow visitors to my blog to take part in those conversations, or read them.
I’ll use this as my first test.

As you can see from the site’s menu, I have begun to explore the CoComments system. It’s pretty useful even with its most basic offering.
Social / community based services is the way to go on the ‘net today, there’s no doubt about that.
More later.
