This is such an important issue that it needs as much publicity as possible. Do the right thing and mention it on your own blog. Warrentless physical searches is not something that can be allowed to be swept under the rug or brushed off, people must know about this.
Pay special attention to the video. The lawyer’s home and office was searched without a warrent, not the suspect’s. Even if it were the suspect’s then it would still be damn wrong.
